worse escrow company. Totally agree with one of the voters's comment- Michelle Sorice is horrible. They have unclear items listed on their escrow doc and refused to explain. None of seller's agent or my agent know what those items were for. Attitude was rude. No answering your questions. This is a total nightmare for me.

My experiences with Michelle have been fantastic so far. She's very no-nonsense; which I like. It seems like they're a little hard to get a hold of because there are so few of them, but, my wonderful agent (I'm the buyer) and I have been able to reach them, and, when I did they were happy to help us, and in fact, very helpful with an inept sellers agent (A review for another time) and a really bad situation caused by my insurance company which almost delayed my loan closing; my experience with them has been great and I would use her again.‎

The main escrow officer Michelle Sorice is not a person you want to deal with. She is very rude and does not answer any questions. We tried to call her office for over two weeks with no response back. After calling the office 5 times one day and being told I needed to speak to Michelle for a question I had I finally was able to speak to Michelle. When she told me I was wasting her time and that I needed to ask the loan department my question. This company has zero customer service and has caused delays in our loan process. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY you will regret it.‎
