He was not promised a refund. He tried to use negative lies as leverage to get $ he is not due. The DMV, Ebay,PayPal, BBBureau and even his credit card company have all found that we did nothing wrong and had disclosed in writing on our auction our policy regarding refunds of deposits, which said that unless the car is not what we describe it is entirely nonrefundable. This guy bid without the money to pay for the item. He left us the required deposit at the end of the auction. He then got turned down for financing and never paid. He then threatened me with negative posts unless I paid him back. I am sorry but I would rather address negative posts as they come up, than to allow a dead beat to extort money from this company. I had a verbal agreement with a salesperson from first coast that my $500 deposit would be refunded if I could not get financing. Couldn't get financing, and first coast refused to refund my deposit. These peope cannot be trusted!

I bought a car not 2 weeks ago and have been pleased, however, there is something wrong with the power steering that was not mentioned. i have put 2 bottles of power steering fluid in it and it needs another now. Of course this is not covered on the warranty. So, now I am going to have to pay to have it repaired and I have only had the car two weeks. Also, I didn't do a good check on the car when I bought it otherwise I would have noticed that it also had rust all over the brake casings. Oh well, I guess that's what I get for letting a divorce ruin my credit. And again, he is getting me! LOL

SCAM artist....They repaired wreck cars. I bought a car from them as soon as the warranty went out the transmission broke followed by everything else. My dad bought a truck and 90 miles out of the warrenty the tire broke off and we found out that it had been wrecked/ totaled . I wondered why they where beating around the buch about providing a car facts........BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
