There was something terribly wrong with one of my tires (it kept getting flat), so after calling a few different shops in the neighborhood, like Big O Tires, I found Firestone Tire & Service Centers. If the tire could be fixed with just a patch (whatever that means), they quoted me around $20 - just for the labor; and they give special discounts to those with Firestone tires too! I just felt comforatble with the mechanics, which is hard to find - especially when you don't know anthing about cars and are always afraid of getting suckered like you see on the undercover Dateline episodes!
Pros: The desk guy was really friendly and they were really quick...they called as
soon as they figured out what was wrong and even though they were supposed to
close at 6, I was able to come back and pick up my car around 6:20ish and they
were totally cool about it!
Cons: None thus far - but I've only been here to fix a flat tire!
