I strongly appreciate the competency of the personell at this location, free tire repair and rotation. They never try to sell you something you don't need and will show you future problem areas and recomend repairs you need without pressure.

I was shopping across the street when I came out and had a flat. I drove over to Firestone and they had my tire repaired and me on my way within an hour. The staff was friendly, the store was clean, and they didn't try to sell me 4 new tires or any other repairs. I knew I would need new tires eventually, as I put approx. 50000 miles on my tires per year. This happened about 6 months ago, and today I am going back to get brand new tires. These guys definitely earned and deserve my business.‎

They seem to be the most honest franchise service station in the area. They tell you what you care actually needs, and not just a bunch of stuff you don't need. I would still recommend checking your owner's manual for service intervals, as most cars do NOT need the shorter service intervals, which is what most of these places recommend for regular maintenance.

Saw the review here and went today. I'm glad that I went. They are friendly for sure. They are also honest and the price is reasonable
