Excellent Service by Firestone!
I've been taking my multiple vehicles to different places for years, and have finally found the customer service that I've sooo been longing for! A few months ago, the Store Manager, Eric, went to Spring High School to give a presentation on vehicle safety and tips that new and old drivers need to know. So my son reminded me about his selflessness and told me that he managed the new Firestone between Lowe's and Home Depot. Eric and his team were very courteous and honest, and left me with an overwhelming sense of family. I will recommend that all my friends and family go over to Firestone and meet Eric, and see for themselves how warming and attentive they are towards our concerns.
So long as Eric and team continue to be in the community, I no longer have to keep searching for someone to take care of me and my vehicles!
