replaced tire

I ran over a huge sticker in the sidewall of my tire. I went to a few places to make sure it was not repairable. I came here because I wanted a match to the tires I had. Although they did not have it in stock they were able to find one and have it the next day. All the staff was extremely friendly. They were very good about communicating to me when the tire would be ready. Any communication I had with the staff was on a personal level. they knew who I was and really seemed concerned that I got the tire that I wanted. The prices are probably average.

Scheduled appointment front end alignment

Had a 7:30 a.m. appointment and had to question why another vehicle without appointment was on the rack before mine, then mine once it was on the rack only took 14 minutes and without a road test.

Lied to me

I went in with a screw in my tire. They told me it was unrepairable. I went out and bought a replacement tire and went to Discount Tire on Genesee and they told me that it was in fact repairable. They repaired it for free.‎

Pathetic service and damn expensive

I took my car , since it wouldn't start and I had to get it towed. They said I had a bad starter which wore out the battery too. I asked them to replace both of them and they charged me $400+. I could have got it done for less than 300 at another mechanic but since my car wouldn't start I had no other choice After 8 days I see the battery symbol glowing in my car , and it almost breaks down when I was on my way to their place to show them the problem. They said I had a bad cell in my battery which they replaced for free since it was under warranty and I was assured that my car would be fine now After 5 days my car brakes down when I was on my way to the dentist, luckily I had taken the exit else I would have been stranded on the freeway. This time when they see the car they mention that I have a bad alternator which was causing my battery to die and they said it would take another $330 to fix it.Ofcourse they offered me not to charge for the labor cost for this service but the ...
