Mr. Sako took the time and explained everything that needed to be done to my daughters car to her and her gave great service and a great price. I would highly recommend this Firestone service center. She goes to school there and there is nothing more comforting than trusting someone who won't take advantage of your loved one when they are away at school. Especially when I live in Iowa and she lives in California. Thank you so much. Al R

I have two vehicles and for service or repair, I take them to Firestone located in Northridge. I find its staff to be very courteous and accomodating. If I drop my car off in the morning, it will most likely be ready that same day. Thank you to Jeff and Claudia.
