Brought my wife's relatively new Sienna in for some new tires and an oil change - tha car only had 16K miles. They proceeded to take the brakes apart and insist that she needed to replace a ton of stuff. We declined and almost immediately the brakes went crazy. We had them repaired then and thought they did a good job. Several months later, I needed new tires for my vehicle, plus an oil change. Same situation happened with my car, which, other than tires going a little bald, was running excellently. They stressed I pour in an extra $2-3K to fix the brakes since they had taken them apart and found issues. Since I was not having even the slightest problem with them and the car was running great, I said no thanks. The day I left the lot, my brakes started grinding and throwing brake fluid onto my back driver's side tire.
