Best Service I Ever got!!! The Store Manager is great.

Not good! Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and the next day was missing three hub caps. Was told they didn't forget to put them on - they must have just fallen off because they are old. But wait! I've had those tires rotated plenty of times, why all of a sudden did three fall off a day after my visit to Firestone Brookfield?? Aren't you in the auto service/repair business? If you thought they were going to fall off why didn't you do something about it before it happened? Sincerely, Guy Without Hubcaps

Absolutely the best service you could ask for at a reasonable price! ASE certified group of guys that treated me with respect - WOW! Pat The manager added the personal touch of showing me the problems with my car instead of talking about it in technical terms which I may not have understood. To top it off they even had interest free financing so I could get the needed repairs done now without draining my cash flow. I would recommend this shop highly!! A++

Brought my wife's relatively new Sienna in for some new tires and an oil change - tha car only had 16K miles. They proceeded to take the brakes apart and insist that she needed to replace a ton of stuff. We declined and almost immediately the brakes went crazy. We had them repaired then and thought they did a good job. Several months later, I needed new tires for my vehicle, plus an oil change. Same situation happened with my car, which, other than tires going a little bald, was running excellently. They stressed I pour in an extra $2-3K to fix the brakes since they had taken them apart and found issues. Since I was not having even the slightest problem with them and the car was running great, I said no thanks. The day I left the lot, my brakes started grinding and throwing brake fluid onto my back driver's side tire. This is the best auto repair shop! Eric is the repair shop manager. I knew him when he managed a different Firestone, but that store was never the same after he left. More than 3 years later, I tried this Firestone, only to wealk in & see Eric! Even though he had not seen me in over 3 years, he recognized me and even remembered my name! Excellent customer service is always at the top of their list. They analyze your needs honestly. While the identify various repairs that should be done, they honestly recommend what needs to be done right away, and never push for a hard sale. In a field that is not always honest, I know I can trust them!
