Fireside Warmth installed a gas log set for us eight years ago. Two years later, they installed a remote control. This year, when I went to turn it on, it didn't work. When I called, a got a quick appointment, a very polite serviceman came out and fixed it and for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.
