Good Gone Bad
We planned a Bridal Shower for a fellow employee and ordered a Tiramisu Cake, which we sampled two days before we placed the order. According to Epppler?s menu the cake we ordered should have been a Tiramisu White Cake with Mascarpone Cheese & Coffee Liquer and Mascarpone Cheese Frosting also Chocolate Cigars Decorating (Gourmet). What we got was a yellow cake with no Mascarpone Cheese, coffee liquer or Mascarpone Cheese Frosting. (Price $36.95) The cake we received was terrible and hard to describe. When we called the manager and questioned her about the cake we received, she told us that they changed the menu and the person who took the order was at fault (nice manager). Nothing was offered to us to make up for their mistake. Question: How can they offer a cake on a menu and substitute it with another without telling the customer.
