They have all the name brand stuff for half the price you cant beat that! Shoes, shirts, pants you name it they have it. Its so great. You can walk out of there with a new wardrobe for 100 bucks!

Filene's basement is a great place to go if you like designer brands and are on a budget! They have all sorts of brands from L.E.I. to Calvin Klein to SEVEN to Armani, and everything is cheaper than it is in a department store. I recently got a $130 pair of Blujeanious jeans for $7 and a $360 suit for $15. While their regular prices are affordable, the best time to go is during their sales when already discounted merchandise is up to an additional 75% off. They have children's and men's clothes, but the store is particularly good for woman. For females they have a teen department, petite department and a plus size department in addition to the normal clothes. I also recommend Filene's Basement for purses and accessories.

If you are a bride-to-be this location has a HUGE bridal once a year. They close the store to stock all sorts of designer dresses and they are really cheap!

The only downside to Filene's is that you can never predict what type of clothes they will have. After they have big sales it sometimes takes a while for them to restock on the good brands!
