Heating freeze up
I came home with a house that was ice cold. All pipes were frozen. It was a week night. I called Joe and he came over, analyzed the problem. Got the heat restored. Isolated the water leaks. I never got charged for the overtime. He sent his crew early the next day to complete the plumbing repairs. What was really special, he helpd me with all the insurance claims and got me in contact with great contractors to do the cleanup and carpentry and floor repairs. No doubt the most thorough and thoughtfull contractor I have run into. His prices were very fair.

Best plumbing and heating service I have ever had. Knowledgable, courtious, fair. Joe is truly a gentleman and very patient. He answered all my questions. All workers were great

Joe is a liar..beware..beware..beware..he does not know what he is doing..beware!
I think that this contractor should lose his license! He should not even be able to have a plumbing and heating business. The union should kick him out. He does what he wants and does not follow instructions from the person paying him. He acquires any permits needed to start the job a year after the fact and is in trouble with the county for doing business in an undesirable fashion. If you have to use this crack pot for a plumber, be sure to get everything in writing and be specific as Mr. Filbrandt does not follow instructions or is not able to read his own quotes. Get everything in writing.beware of this contractor...he is a fake, pompous person who thinks he is above anything and anyone.
