Let us down miserably!: We have been banking with Fifth Third for over 6 years. On several occasions we had deposited rather large checks (not fifth third) with no problems. Last week we deposited a check (a fifth third check) and they froze our checking account, they said until the check cleared. They didn't just "float" (their term) the check, but actually our account. We could not access our money for over 2 days! Talking to the management was like trying to get a straight answer from a politician. We will be moving all of our accounts(i,e, checking, savings, retirement, etc) within the next couple of weeks. NEVER HAVE WE BEEN TREATED THIS BADLY IN ALL OF OUR BANKING LIFES. Run to another bank.

The most helpful Bank out of all of my banks....: Most banks I go through the drive thru just to avoid the unprofessional contact but I can come in 5/3 on any time of day and everyone is always smiling..They never look stressed and actually look at you and strike up a genuine conversation with you...I have accounts in two other banks and none compare to the service of the Ormbsy Station Branch..Thanks for making my day...
