Prior to the poor economy and government bailouts, I would have rated this bank "Above Average". However, since the government bailouts, Fifth Third no longer provides any services. Communication is VERY POOR and responses are done by FORM LETTERS.

I am changing banks - I do not want anyone handling my savings and monies that won't communicate
