This dentist and his employees almost make the dreaded dental visits fun. I've avoided the dentist chair because of being afraid from a horrible experience when I was young. Even the shot didn't hurt and I watched t.v. during the whole thing. He's really funny and takes his time and really listens.They actually care about people and their first question was not what kind of insurance I have. I had a lot done and compared prices because I'm a cheapskate and their prices are not low but are fair and take every credit card. The waiting room took about 15 minutes but they have tons of new magazines and there were kids and elderly poeple visiting while we waited. It's not fancy but is clean and homey.

Would recommend him to anyone I liked.

I was new to the area, and hated the long waits and impersonal service from Lovett, so I found this dentist by Google search. The other review is 100% accurate. He and his wife run a modest office, and he is a real down to earth guy; they obviously love what they do, and not how much they make! He will tell you like it is, and not push other costs on you. They understood that my wife and I are both students with two kids, and did their best to work with us. Family friendly waiting room, and only had to wait because I showed up early! He did a root canal on me, and spread it over several appointments so that the tooth would be under less stress, and would have time to kill off any infections and reduce swelling before burying it under filling. He really understands the patient's concerns and pain, and gave me his personal cell number for emergencies. I am very happy with my experience! P.S., He reminds me of Jeff Bridges in looks, and personality (except in Iron Man, lol)‎

Dr Ferrell has done extensive work on me and is my 9 year old daughter's dentist. He and his staff are wonderful. The facilities are modest and he drives a regular car so I don't feel I have to pay for 'other' things like upscale cars and offices. He is a family man and is awesome with kids. I am so glad he is my dentist.
