Ferial was having a 10 dollar hair cut special so I decided to check it out. Even though I made an appointment I wasn't acknowledged for a good 20 minutes, I thought maybe it was because they were busy. Apparently not, because when someone walked through the door after me, they received an immediate greeting.
Then I was asked to pay an extra 10 dollars for wash and shampoo, I stated I just wanted the day's special. I would have thought she would have at least used a squirt bottle to wet my hair, this is the first time someone has ever cut my hair while it was dry!!
Needless to say, I surely got what I paid for, and this was clearly a clique type salon. Not a great way to gain new customers.

I get more compliments about my hair since coming to Ferial, mainly because when you ask for her opinion about your hair she gives it to you honestly and if you listen to her you will find it to be to your best interest. Ferial is a natural born artist with what she does with color and a pair of scissors, she is indoubtably Orange County's best

Whether your it's your first time or you're 100th time you are always treated like family. Walking into the Salon it's upbeat, colorful and fun. I refuse to let anyone else touch my hair but Ferial, everytime I come in and have no idea she uses her creative magic and I walk out with my Hot Rock Star Hair and yours is waiting too..

Ferial spend high quality time with you to understand what you are looking for and she makes her great recommendations. She knows what is the latest on style and what is good for you based on your specific features or skin color. She has a beautiful and magic touch. Either cut, color, or highlights, just about anything you want….. I spent few hours there on my first visit and watched every single person from start to the end (like before and after deal on extreme makeovers?!). Girls or Boys. Hot or Simple. Not any of the two looked the same but all left the salon beautiful. Ferial and all her team were so hospitable , fun, and great team work. She even assure you that you can go back if you are not happy for any reason so she will change till you are fully satisfied. Great place if you need a quick hairstyle or even if you like to sit there and relax for hours. Nice and relaxing music too. They even offered hot tea or flavored cold water. I have spent much more on my hair and never been even satisfied as much. I have much more confident on my look and I get more complements. You have nothing to miss, but having a great beautiful look once she is done!
