My wife and I just want to say "thank you" again, to all the wonderful people at Fender Mender who helped us during
our recent vacation in Charleston when our stay was interrupted by an accident which caused us to need body repair work done before we could return home. Everyone who assisted us, Tom, John, Jovie and others were understanding, helpful and professional. We could not have asked for better treatment or for our Toyota to be repaired in a more excellent condition. One would never know by looking at it that it was "smashed" and it drove beautifully coming home. Again, we thank

Very poor customer service. When they tell you they are going to call you and give you an estimate, expect to call them yourself. Had to call 3 times in one day to simply find out what time my car would be ready, and still no answer. Be ready to sit by your phone all day.
