Buyer BEWARE. Summit, aka Felix Storch has horrible customer service. They have double billed us for material that we only ordered once and when we called for an RMA, they are charging us a restock and return freight!
Pros: None
Cons: Rude customer service, long hold times, poor attention to details, bad return policy.
Price Range: $750 - $1,000

We ordered three under the counter refrigerators from them, ordered special shelves and had some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called to verify something and it took two weeks to get a response and even then they had not ordered the product yet because they had lost it. Over two months later we are still trying to get our order correct.
Pros: Only place we could get the right size.
Cons: Customer service, customer service, customer service.
Price Range: $750 - $1,000
