I have recently had a clients business cards done at this particular location and it has been a time-consuming mistake. I had to explain to the clerk at least 4 times how I wanted my order. Even after I had approved the proofs, the end product still came out with some pretty major mistakes such as one side being totally off center and the other side being cropped and blurred. I know accidents happen, but it almost seemed as though nobody even looked at these or worse yet, didn't even care.

For some reason, I keep finding myself going to this Kinkos, and every time I do I get a sick, sinking feeling in my stomach. That feeling is the dread of wondering what they will have done wrong this time and the anticipation of having to argue, endlessly, with the staff. Possibly the most frustrating part of working with this Kinkos is that they try to blame anything and everything on the customer in the hopes that it will make less work for themselves. They truly take customer service to a new low. Kinkos as a whole is OK, but steer clear of this branch.

CONS: Nightmare customer service
