Results are in the pudding ?‎
That sounds like such a cliche' however - Denise has been training me for a month and I can see and feel the results. We have discovered muscle which I hadn't worked in years and I lost about 3 inches on my waist. Can't wait to post some before and after shots in about 60 days. You guys rock!!‎

kicked butt!‎
I have been pretty active since my teens. (softball, running, step aerobics in the 80's!) Dating myself, huh? I really needed motivation to get "into" my groove again. I decided to get a few sessions with a trainer. My girlfriend has been raving about John Turk for a while, so I figured I would give him a shot. Now, I am hooked. Workouts kinda suck without him. I love how he teaches me what to do when he is not there, but his presence makes all the difference! I am seeing results, and I am having fun.‎

Great trainer!‎
I've worked with other personal trainers at a major gym chain in the Chicago area that shall remain nameless. They always seemed more interested in talking to girls or each other. & basically they would walk you over to a piece of equipment & just have you use it. Great I just spent $ to do something I could have done on my own. Wait, you did take my pulse & write it down on a chart. A friend recommended John to me. He took my history, discussed my goals and level of commitment. He didn't pressure me or act unprofessional. & surprise surprise he's always on time for our sessions, and pays attention to what I am doing. He corrects my form to make sure I am getting the maximum benefit of every move. He tells me why he's having me do certain routines and why in that combination. He also talks to me about my eating habits and changes I can make. I've been seeing results and recommend him to everyone!!!!!‎

John is the best‎
First thing John did was take an assessment and evaluation of my health. He was very confident that I could meet my goals if I was committed to doing the work. When John first began training me, he started out slow, taught me the basics, and showed me proper form. John then increased the intensity of my workouts and definitely pushes me but always checks my form and makes sure I'm not going to injure myself. + I'm not very sore after a session. He taught me how to properly stretch to reduce muscle pain. It's been over two months. I'm down 15lbs!‎

They really helped me!!!!!!!‎
I am not an athlete & never have been. I am a former smoker, have bad knee's & haven't worked out since high school gym class. I was initially intimidated by the whole "personal trainer" idea, but they could not have been more caring and real. They really inspired me to make tiny changes. I feel better & am starting to fit into my jeans. I can't say enough good things about them. Thank you John!!!!!!!!!!!!‎
