How often do I think about my cleaners? Virtually never, which made me realize these guys do a great job. Fazio picks up and delivers, they always return our clothing promptly and are persistent in returning if we are not here when they first try to deliver. We have had the same pick-up guy for 2 years, which must mean they treat their employees well. He is friendly and responsible.

Remind Fazio that they should apply coupons to your order (this will help with the price - I always forget).

Also, the tailor there is reasonably good and efficient- I have had him mend jeans, fit brides maid dresses and repair holes in cashmere.

All in all a good and consistent neighborhood dry cleaners.

I don't know where the user before found the positive comments online, but anyways....

The staff is rude and it takes them forever to get your laundry done (at least 2 days). I brought a pair of jeans that needed a new button and had to be repaired in the hip area...well after 5 days, they did change the button, but they never fixed them. I told them thousands times to use softner and they obviously didn't. In addition, they try to give you USED laundry bags and never have new ones!!!!That's not very hygenic....
I honestly stopped going there because they kept making up excuses so that they could keep my laundry for at least 2 days. I asked for their laundry policy /schedule 3 times and they told me 3 different things.

After living in NYC and SF, we know there are more bad dry cleaners than good ones, and didn't want to waste time sorting through bad ones here. Fazio looked impressive from the outside, and I found positive user comments online. So far our experience there has been really good. Though the prices are definitely higher than I'm used to. Quality: our sweaters are delivered folded nicely over pants hangers, with tissue paper inside the fold, then tied around with a ribbon to keep it securely on the hanger, and each has its own small plastic "hanging bag." Very nice. So far everything we've taken to Fazio has been done as nicely as any dry cleaner I've visited before. As mentioned before, prices are a little high, even when you use their online coupons (don't forget your coupon! they won't give you the 30% discount without it. Print it from their website before you bring your items in). For our smaller orders, this is a perfect place. (For our larger orders, I may try to find a less expensive place.) Very quick service. Very professional. Free pick-up and delivery, I think, though we haven't tried it yet. Tiny parking lot, but usually free spaces.

A great place to get your dry cleaning done. The price is good and the location is easy to get to. My clothes never have that dry clean smell to them. I am happy with their service and I like the fact that it is very clean inside. The turn around time is very fast and you can even get your clothes done the same day if you are desperate.
