I was a customer for three years. I felt I was cheated in paying a broker's fee that was twice the amount of the policy itself. When I called at renewal time this year and inquired about the specifics of the charges, I was told someone would call me back. I never received that call. When I started shopping around, I found I could get my much better coverage at a much cheaper price and I could get much better service.‎

Wow, I was really pleased with this agency and the level of professionalism that they offered. I had been with State Farm underneath my parents policy for some time and finally had to get my own, kind of a scary experience doing this type of stuff on your own, and Fasttrak was right there to walk me through it. I got to meet the owner, the staff was so cool, and office was beautiful. Not really the type of stuff you would expect from an insurance agency. The rate that they gave me was awesome and the company that they put me with is great! Very happy would recommend them for sure.
