I have been a customer of Fast Lube Plus since they took over the store from Lane's Lube a few years ago. I have 3 vehicles and they service them on a regular basis for me. I've read other reviews and to be honest, I dont see what these people are talking about. For example, last Friday I had my 2002 BMW 328i at Fast Lube Plus getting a brake job. I decided to wait for it to be completed, so I was in the lobby for 2 hours that day and I saw probably 10 cars through there. With each customer, the man did a "Service Review" and honestly he did not seem pushy or rude. He was simply letting people know important things about their vehicle. The shop appears clean and well organized too. Even the mechanics appear clean considering what they do for a living. I LOVE how fast they get everything done. And I truly believe that with FLP, you are getting what you pay for. Plus, the on-site car wash is really convenient! Overall, I'd have to say that Fast Lube Plus has some of the best service that I ever experienced.

We stopped in here for a quick oil change when I couldn't get to my regular place and I was not impressed with the service. The were a little pushy about selling above and beyond what I wanted done and seemed slow compared to other express lubes I have visited. I felt like I waited much longer than necessary to get checked out and felt overall like it was not a positive experience. It was convenient to get a car wash at the same location, which I did after the oil change.

PROS: You can get an oil change and a car wash in one location
CONS: Like to sell more than what you are there for
