This year I had a bunch of screens that needed repair for the summer. Too big to fit in my car to take to their shop, so James the son came by to pick them up. The frames were pretty corroded, he noted. For a couple of bucks more I could have completely new frames and screens. When he gave me an on-the-spot "guesstimate" for one screen to illustrate I knew that the whole mess would be very reasonable. And it was.
