Yes, he was the best stylist in the world, but he's no longer there.
I fired Fantastic Sam's on 359 this morning. I never get a straight answer about prices, appointments for color, etc. I called on Friday, set up a highlight for Saturday at 10:30 with a certain stylist. I arrived at 10:18, was told they don't take Sat. appts, YET I had been given one when I called the day before. My stylist was just starting a highlight on SOMEONE ELSE! This wasn't the first time this happened. Also, people come in with appointments after I was told no appointments. OR, I get an appointment and see others turned away. It's a farce. It depends on who answers the phone and who's sitting at the desk. TWO DIFFERENT ANSWERS!!!
I was a loyal customer for years.....NEVER AGAIN!
(They also refuse to tell anyone where Charles went.) Pooooo!

There is a particular stylist here that is wonderful. His name is charlie, and he can work some magic. I promise he is better than any of those stylist at the fancy day spas.
