Nothing good to say and not enough room to say what I would like! Owner is rude, and on several occasions I have witnessed her belittle her staff and clients! I was 10 minutes late once for an appointment because my son was sick and had to be picked up from school early and when I apologized for being late I was told " your problems are not my problem or my customers problems, maybe you should have called someone to go pick up your son." This coming from a MONSTER who calls herself a "mother"??? I think not, and I also think not a very professional hairstylist either! Get a clue Joanne Fanelli &Co!!

On my WEDDING DAY, they said the couldn't accommodate my wedding party, we had booked months in advance. They were rude and horrible. Out of 6 appointments we had made they were "kind" enough to do my hair and that is it. And acted like they were doing me a favor. Awful and unprofessional. I wouldn't even give them any stars but you have to give at least one. DO NOT GO HERE.‎
