Good merchandise, good service (except in...‎
Great store, all my kids get their shoes here. Avoid the Pasadena branch, though, where they are much more concerned with arranging the store displays than actually helping anyone buy shoes! Someone was actually trying to help us, but couldn't because her manager kept talking at her the whole time about the displays (I think - he was speaking Spanish, which I don't understand) We were the only customers in the store - surely he could have let her sell us four pairs of shoes (there were four of us) and then worry about organizing the store!‎

This place always seems to have some sort of sale going one. Most often it's a buy one get one half off type of deal. They have a good selection of name brand shoes. The prices are a little lower than retail. With the sales it ends up being a great deal! They have athletic shoes, formal shoes, sandals, etc. This is a do it yourself type of place though. All the sizes are out on the shelves, so if you don't see it there, tough luck. Typically they will have one or two workers at the counter. I've never seen them floating about or assisting customers unless they have a specific question. It's a great place to buy shoes, so stop in.
