We are now the proud owners of a trailer purchased from Family RV. There is not enough space to tell you how great the buying experience was for my family. Mike, our salesman was excellent, going through everything and answering any and all questions. I usually dread buying any high ticket item, you usually spend hours haggling over the price, but everyone at Family RV was kind, friendly, and we did not spend hours deciding the price. And when we picked up the trailer (and the service guy who helped us, I can not remember his name, senior moment!) we were helped with everything, and I mean everything! Any questions we had, were answered before we left. From the office staff to the sales staff, the service people right up to the owner, you will not find a better group of people to purchase a RV from than Family RV.

Talk about great customer service, even though we bought our 23-foot Forest River travel trailer from Family RV seven years ago and moved north to Washington state, these folks continue to treat us like new customers who live in the neighborhood. Whenever we've had a problem, we always call Family RV first. They have always been helpful, providing excellent advice, often saving us unneeded expense, even though there isn't a dime in it for them. Family RV really gets it.

In the 5 years l've owned the RV it has served me well.
l've taken it annually to South Tahoe in June for the Renaissance Faire there, as well as to Valleio and Gilroy in late summer for the faires there.

There were also many trips to Disneyland we found a park within three blocks of the park Entrance! so many in fact that my youngest daughter and I had annual passes for three years. Alas, my daughter grew up and went off to college. My best friend married a man in another country so my partner in crime is no longer available.It's down to just me, and the RV seems so big after having three ladies in hoop skirts or full peasant garb bumping around and giggling in it. Or enjoying champagne and watching the rain come pouring down making the faire a mud pit while we were warm, dry and watching videos.

In the last year, my son has used it the most, taking it as a crew rest area

for the many festivals and concerts he does lighting for over the summer.

High Sierra, Outside Land, you name it, the RV has been behind the scenes. He loved the convenience of pulling up right behind the stage, hooking up to the main generator, and having air condition available on demand. He also got to pocket the perdiem hotel fee. His boss was happy he was right on site if needed. It's been a wonder hotel room on wheels for us.We bought it from

the subsequent years,we brought it back to be serviced there.When my daughter accidental stepped on a skylight and cracked it while washing the roof,I thought I might be able to fix it. But Family RV was able to find the parts,and install it, far better than my attempts.I l earned my lesson.I naturally wanted to return to FamilyRV to sell my baby. They have treated me well through the years, and they have bent over backwards to ensure I am happy with all my dealings.They are wonderful folks.

I have rented Motor homes and trailers from Family RV for many years. My most recent rental was in September. I have rented from private parties and other dealers. I always go back to Family RV. They have prepare the RV wonderfully for me. The staff that does the checkout and check in are efficient. Many times there are groups going out as we Check out.
We have been always treated professionally. I always get an email from the owner a few days after asking how the service was. That is great.
