Simply the best customer service
I was really impressed with Chris the technician. He explained in detail the work that was being done and helped to cut corners to save me some money without cutting corners on the job. I will definitely reccomend Family Plumbing.

I called for a plumber at 10:30 pm and the owner picked up the phone and talked to me for about 15 min after taking my info for the appointment which was very nice. Then when James showed up at my house he was awsome too. I feel like I got great service at a very reasonable price!

three hundred eighty one dollars for a twenty nine dollar part
the home air went out, they came quite fast but wanted $381.00 for the repair. It is a broken relay that on Ebay, I just bought for $22.00 plus priority shipping. My oh my, labor is really high. The replacement should take me about 5 minutes.
