Greg at Interstate Insurance is rude...
I called to report a claim. One of Interstate's insureds ran a red light and hit my car with me and my child in it. I had the insured's name, policy number and all the other pertinent information to file the claim. Greg, who is supposedly the supervisor said he could not help me since I didn't know which insurance company the insured had. I said, "His insurance card says Interstate and has this phone number on it. If you are not the company, can you please tell me which company he has so that I may file the claim?" He responded that he cannot do that. I said I have the insured's name and he said he could not look him up then said that he was going to place me on hold til I calmed down. I called again and asked for the supervisor, or regional manager since he said he couldn't help me. He said there was no regional office and he was the manager and hung up on me. I called again and he finally spouted off about 10 names of insurance companies they work with ...
