Excellent customer service - and honest and fair dealers!
In this downward economy most people are strapped for expendable cash. I had a collection of silver jewelry, scrap fine silver, and gold grain ... and, was worried about sending my property through the mail ... with the hope of getting a fair return from a company advertising on television.
After a bit of research online I found Falcone Jewelry & Coin. The owners are long time residents and business owners in San Jose, and the welcome into their store was extended as if I was an old friend. Then, they carefully examined and weiged every piece, and offered to pay the highest price per ounce on precious metal then any other dealer!

I was riffed 10 months ago and found myself in a very large pool of talent that wasn?t moving back into the work force easily.
I had to tighten my belt in many ways, including selling off any items of immediate value that I could to make ends meet.
I had some old coins given to me by a relative and brought them to Falcone coins & jewelry. I met Vince there and was treated with respect and kindness. He was a real professional and I would highly recommend anyone to come in if they have the need to trade or sell coins, gold & silver, old toys, old postcards, etc. Thank you for going the extra mile for me turning my jewelry around.:))

A great little family owned shop in the heart of Willow Glen.
They have lots of coins and other collectables and are very knowledgable. It's also a great place to go to have gold weighed and appraised, as I did some of my old gold jewelry.After calling around they seemed to be paying the highest price!
Vince was very friendly and professional. Would recommend to anyone.
