poor quality customer service
Don't pay in full until you are completely satisfied and have any materials due you in hand. Two 70 sq ft slabs of granite were purchased to do approximately 60 sq ft. That leaves alot of excess granite (about $500 worth) left over that I was planning to use in another room and had requested numerous times for the excess to be delivered. It was to be delivered to my home on the day of installation, of course that did not happen, follow up phones for the extra went unanswered, a letter sent to FAirway was ignored. Getting follow-up service after I had paid in full was very difficult and took a couple of weeks for a worker to show at my home.
Did FAirway not minimize waste of slabs while cutting? A professional should be able to minimize waste. Did they sell my excess granite to another customer? Did they damage my granite?
The installers were fine, but the follow-up customer service is not!
Needless to say I won't use Fairway again. I will find another company who values the customer even after they have paid.
