Steve and I stayed here during the Midwest Writer's Conference at Ball State University. The hotel was pretty comfortable,the concierge was friendly, and the continental breakfast was tasty. The only thing missing from this location was a workout room. They had a pool and a jacuzzi, but not a workout room with bicycles and a treadmill. The place did provide a computer in the lounge. Internet access was nice.

I stayed here with my 6 year old son for a night to get away and it was a struggle. We paid 110.00 to have an executive suite room and when we got into our room I was impressed, it was very big and the bed was nice. We then went to the pool and it was ok but a little too deep for my son but we had a good time. When we go back to the room he wanted me to rent a movie and it would not work even though they had advertisements on top of the tv. I spoke with customer service twice and it would not work. When I called the front deck Emily was very friendly and asked if I would like to move to another room because it was clear that the problem was my room. I decided to pack up and move to another room hoping that we could rent a movie and my 6 year old would be happy. When we got to the knew room I tried to rent the movie and it worked but the movie was fuzzy and unable to view.
