My condo flooded with Hurricane Ike and my kitchen was destroyed. The appliance salesman, Ross, came to my condo and brought along his cabinet designer, Heather. Together they drew a plan for my gutted kitchen and made it more efficient than it ever was. Heather ordered the cabinets and My wife and I met Ross at the Showroom on Richmond to pick our appliances. Ross knew exactly what we were up against, his house had also flooded. Three weeks later, after we had our site prepped and done, the cabinets went in. Perfect fit and GORGEOUS!! After the countertops were installed the appliances were delivered and installed. Simply Beautiful!

I was about to move into my mom's old house and could not stand the 30 year old green cabinet kitchen with all original appliances! Factory builders was very helpful! Ross was my rep and he picked out the best BOSCH appliances for me. He actually went above and beyond to find me the perfect package at the perfect price! Heather came, saw, and conquered! She found a way to fit a pantry, large sink, and even put the refrigerator back into my 12x10 kitchen/dining room combo! (The fridge had to be moved to the garage years ago because of the lack of space and flow.) The overall price was well below other estimates that I had from other companies. Had entire kitchen, two baths, two offices and an outdoor kitchen done and the experience was maddening. The quality of the products, Subzero, Thermador, Medallion, Jacuzzi, Viking is great the service was terrible. The sales lady lied about install dates i.e. no shows. The cabinet installer quit mid job. There were delays and they never proactively called to tell of any of the bad news. It's like they just thought they would ignore it and go on. Great finished product but lousy communication, lousy customer service and never acknowledged mistakes or apologized for not following through on promises.‎

My house was demolished by Hurricane Ike in Sept 08. Rebuilding was very tense and arduous. I went to Factory Builder Stores on Richmond in Houston, TX and worked with 2 very wonderful people. Heather worked the whole floorplan for my kitchen. The type of cabinets I needed, the placement and spacing. I was even able to get more cabinet space in my kitchen than I had before. And Ross helped pick out the Bosch appliances. He had been hit by Ike as well, so he knew very well what I was dealing with. My kitchen is just gorgeous, now. My house is better than before. I could not have done it without Factory Builder Stores and their sales professionals.‎
