i have a very old bichon that requires alot of care when handeling. the groomers were very understanding towards my dogs needs while performing their job. they were very friendly and had my dog looking great.

I took my cat here to get groomed. After leaving him in his cat carrier for 6 HOURS they finally got around to trying to groom him. He was terrified and probably hungry and thirsty. In the end they refused to groom him (thank God) saying he was too mean. HE WAS TERRIFIED!!! Any place that treats their clients like this should not be in business. I will never go here again.
