Poor Service‎

I have been a patient of Dr. Keyes for well over ten years. Since he moved to Baker Lane, the quality of the eyeglass service has declined to the point of ineptitude. On my last two eyeglass orders, it has taken an average of three visits and several weeks for his (unprofessional) staff to get an eyeglass order right, and it is clear there is no communication among staff.‎
