I have never worn glasses before, and had absolutely no idea what to look for. I had asked the opticians for help, and they brought me many frames to choose from. They took away any stress I had for looking for a frame. I was a little overwhelmed, at first, but just by talking with me, the opticians were able to narrow down what frames would fit my personality and face. I never thought I would be a glasses person, but now, I have 3 pairs... all from Eyestructure! The staff is wonderful and extremely knowledgeable!!!!!

I bought sunglasses from this store (Eyestructure of La Jolla ) on 11/30/07. When I went to my hotel (I was a visitor) it appears that the sunglasses are broken. Next day I went back to return and get refund but they were very rude to me and refused to give me a refund saying that they don?t have return policy. I tried to resolve the problem explaining them that the sunglasses were damaged and the must stay behind of their products but they didn?t even want to listen me.

Folks Watch out these guys. Don?t buy anything from this store. They have ?no refund? policy and they do ?one time business? since 99% of their customers are just visitors in La Jolla and they perfectly know that when you discover that something is wrong with your product you will be far from them and you will not have any choice of refund.
