I came looking for their phone number and ran across these bad reviews and felt the need to defend. I have been going to eyeglass world for my glasses for the past 3 years. I love the deals and am more than happy with my eyeglass frames. In regards to exams and contacts, in my experience, I was told that I was required to buy contacts from them the same day if I received their amazingly low price exam (call around if you do not agree) but was allowed to just get the exam as long as I purchased a box from them before my prescription expired. How awesome! Like I said, I am a REPEAT happy customer.‎

I have been going there for years for my contact and eyeglass prescriptions and exams. This year I needed a new contact exam in order to get my contacts, unfortuately it hs been a very hard year and I cant afford the exam at this time. I spoke with Monica in the Dr office and she was very very rude. Poor customer service and I just wanted the prescription number and the first time I called she just hung up on me. The second time she argued with me and instead of telling me deals or prices for an exam she was just plain rude. I will never go there again just because of her.‎

Don't waste your time or money going here. I realize why they have buy 1 get 1 deals all the time. Their selection is the worst I have seen! They have a very tiny selection of name brand glasses and the folks here are not very attentive. I was ignored the whole time.

Not a bad place to purchase your eyewear. They usually have a buy one get one free deal. Eyeglass World has a nice selection of frames and their staff is friendly enough.
