I have had a storage space here for over two years now and I have been more than satisfied. You can get into the gate up until 10:00 PM, and as early as 6:00 AM. The facilities are very clean. The manager lives on-site and there are cameras and lights, so belongings are safe. The folks that work there are more than happy to go out of their way to help out in any way they can. Great communication--I have emailed them and gotten a quick, cognizant response. Their prices are a bit higher than other storage facilities, but none of the other storage facilities have late gate access, nor the security--and the outstanding staff make it well worth the price.

I moved into Extra Space around 3 months ago when we started our business. The facilities looked safe and very clean, and the staff was very helpful. Since we moved in, they have gone above and beyond to make sure I get everything I need. They call me to let me know when there is a truck there to deliver my supplies, and recieve and hold onto packages for me. I think if I ever left Extra Space, it would be because our business grew to the point where we needed an office/warehouse!

I originally chose this facility for it's price when comparing all the storage units in the area. Signing up was a snap but when I moved in on Sunday when the office was closed, I realized the space was too small for my things. At just that moment, Rita the manager, walked around the corner to "check up on me" and was gracious enough to open the office on her day off and revise my paper work for a larger unit. She brought it out for my signature while I was moving. I couldn't have asked for better service. Then, the next day I received a phone call advising me that I had left a storage box outside when leaving and they had saved it in the office for me. I have never dealt with such nice people and am so glad I made the choice to store my things here.

I was shopping around for a storage for my elderly mom. when arrivd I notice how clean the place was. as soon as I walked in the office with my mom one of the guys opened the door before we got to it, this was was very nice. They made sure my mom got a unit that was easy for her to get to. The whole experience was very pleasant I would recommend everyone I know to use this place.

First I have to say that the prices are really fair and this was conveniently close to us. They worked on us with the price since we only needed it for about 20 days which is fantastic! This move is already costing us a bundle and these guys were more than pleasent to deal with. Everything was nice and clean which is much appreciated. Easy access to everything A+! Thanks!
