The online reservations system went smoothly. I was quite impressed with how simple it was to reserve the storage facility. A few hours later, I get a call from Michael asking if I was going to come by to finish rental process. This was a great reminder as I forgot about it and it was already 4PM. This took no longer than 5 minutes to fill out the paper work and 5 minutes to see my space. Really, really, fast and easy. Other than the 15-20 minutes of reminiscing our times in Southern California, the whole process was faster than getting anything done at the post office. Onsite staff is very helpful and curteous. Michael was pleasant to talk to since we had both previously lived around the same location in Southern California. He answered all my questions about the facility to my satisfaction.
