I was a customer of Extra Space in Orange, CA for over two years until my business moved inventory up to Seattle. The service here is excellent. Everyone is friendly, the facility is always clean, and I have always felt safe. The rates were reasonable. I have never experienced any problems whatsoever. The best thing of all was that I could pay my monthly dues online and even that was simple.

I selected extra space for my storage needs because of the reasonable price and have been a customer for 2 years. I do not give the full 5 stars because the price have doubled since then and I am not too happy about it. Other than that great facility and staff.

I selected Extra Space for my storage needs because of the price, and didn't expect much. But my second story unit is convenient to a large freight elevator and access is very easy. The grounds are clean and security seems pretty tight.

I have been a customer here for about 7 years. Having used other facilities in the past, I can state the following about this facility and staff: Very convienient location - I can walk there. Staff always helpful and knowledgable. The grounds are clean and there is plenty of parking on the grounds close to my unit for easy storage/retrieval. The abaility to pay online is great! Very important to me is the fact that this place is very secure. I know that Orange County is a more expensive place to live and do business than Tulare County in central California, but I sure wish the prices were similar. My unit in Porterville is a 10x20 and I pay $58 a month - but, not convenient at all! Overall, I am very happy with Extra Space, and they have been great to me.
