They need to go the extra mile. If they hear someone out front calling the customer service line and those people give you a code that doesn't work after 4 phones calls-they need to come out and help. Also, the walls got dust all over the stuff that touched them. Not real brick?? Otherwise, safe and clean.

I have been storing with Extra Space for 2 years now. It is the cleanest place I have ever used for storage. I visit quite often and am always pleased with how the place is kept up . The ladies in the office are always helpful and have made my stay here a delight. I would highly recommend this storage to any of my family and friends.

well i belive ive ben storing with Extra Space for six months now and the ladies you would want to talk to are Cindy and Mary both very polite and go out of there way to help. They pretty much know me on a first name baisis. ive never had any problems with my unit the facility is very well kept and id truly recomend that if your looking for storage Extra Space is the place to go and just ask for Cindy or Mary.
