When we sold my grandmother's 3-story Victorian, there were many items we wanted to keep in the family – but we had no place to put them! The house sold so quickly that we had to rush to find a place to put those items. Extra Space was the perfect solution, with temperature-controlled storage that would protect the antiques. The Extra Space staff understood our plight and did a great job helping us. We appreciated the facility's security and felt confident that our items would be safe. My only suggestions for change: (1) Check the timer on the automatic lighting in the storage building. It seemed to go off much sooner than the allotted 30 minutes. (2) Consider having someone in the office before 10 a.m. We had to move stuff in so quickly that we didn't have time to stack things in an organized way. I used extra space storage for three month before moving to another city. The size of the space is great for the price. The staff was very helpful and friendly. If I ever need to store again, I will most likely seek out Extra Space Storage.‎
