Extra Space Storage is the cheapest facility and have the friendliest employees around‎

DO NOT GO TO EXTRA STORAGE! My unit was broken into during operating hours and the management did nothing to stop it. They are over priced anyways.

I have used two other storage companies and found the Extra Space Storage representative to be the most friendly and helpful. It was his first week on the job, so he was a bit nervous, but he figured things out. He was able to assist me with finding a correctly sized storage space. The facility is located off of North Vasco Road, out of the way, but easily accessible. I like the hours of access, 6 am to 10 pm, which works around my work schedule. The facility is very clean. The hallways and storage spaced appeared to have never been used. The roll-up door is in good shape and is easily opened. The only issue I found was the lip in the cement at the front entrance to the storage building. When you have a cart full of stuff and you are attempting to navigate the cart over the lip, you are lucky to keep the stuff from falling off of the cart. I understand the lip was placed there to keep the water from entering the building, but it's really annoying.‎

I have used various storage places, but have stuck with Extra Space Storage facilities all over the east bay for the last 6 years, and the Livermore location is one of the top facilities I've dealt with. The staff is very kind and helped to find something I could afford on my tight budget. They were honest, caring and didn't try to upsale me just to get more money out of me. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Just make sure you go to the bathroom befor you go! The only one they have is in the office during business hours. But other then that, this place is well worth the money.‎

The staff at the Livermore facility are really helpful and friendly and go out of their way to make sure your experience is a good one. The facility itself is clean and I always feel safe when accessing my storage unit. I have compared the prices of other storage facilities and Extra Space Storage always beats the competitors. This is a good storage facility and easy to get to, I would and have recommended this facility to others.‎
