I just had the pleasure of renting a storage unit at this facility and the experience was great. I've being with extra space storage for almost a year and not once, have I ever had any complaints,I think Angel is a great person he's always willing to listen and help, and recently Omar started working there and to my knowledge his going to be another great employee. The other day I was there and Omar was going to start having his lunch he was on his break and I knew his food was getting cold and I told him to please eat first, I was willing to wait and he said no that he rather help me first, right there I knew he had a very good experience with customer service and I know about customer service because my job requires me to work with the public and customer service is always number one.
