I was referred to Extra Space by a friend who knew I would be in Europe and had said that there was NO better place for my belongings to be secure, and that the staff were EXCEPTIONALLY kind and responsible. He was a REGULAr customer. I had anticipated no problems but was impressed with the kindness and helpfulness of the staff when I signed up. We talked about my upcoming trip and so they knew I was going to be in Europe for about 3 months. About 2months later my unit ws borken onto by someone I knew. The fast thinking and professional actions of the staff prevented what was already a very BAD situation from turning into a nightmare. I would have known NOTHING until my return, but they not only were suspicious of the behavior, but took photographs a video tape and resecured the unit for me AND contacted me in EUROPE even though it was the BUSY Christmas season!!!! They assured me that they would do all they could to help me and helped calm me down at a time when I was a VERY helpless ...

I am the one in the family who handles are paperwork and contracts with anything. I was unable to set up our storage before our move so I sent my husband to do it. The girls made everything so easy for him. The gate access hours are wonderful. I can go before or after work if need be. Just be out by 9:45pm or you will be locked in. Thanks for the warning Karen. One day I had to call because I had a question. Nobody was available to answer the phone. As most places, I thought great I'll leave a message and have to call back in an hour. Within 10 minutes I had a return phone call. The customer service is so wonderful... They make it so easy, even my husband can do it. LOL!! Thanks for the help. I recently had some trouble with my unit and the recent rains and the management team here was so very helpful, I would not have realized that I insured the unit and had a claim without help from Karen and Tarra. They always go that extra mile for the customer, I have seen this time and time again in the three years I have been here. I appreciate it when I am made to feel important especially with the lack of quality customer care that so many places are popular for these days. You are ALWAYS treated with respect and with professionalism when you step into the office of the Hemet Extra Space Storage Facility, and that will keep me comming back month after month for sure. I recently signed up to store my r.v. at extra space storage I was very impressed with not only the friendly staff but the property as well the aisles are very wide and and I had no problem maneuvering my r.v. into my space. I shopped around and this was by far the best deal the cleanest property and the friendliest staff! Thanks Tarra and Karen!‎
