I brought my pet in on a Friday and over the weekend took a turn for the worse. I called the "animal hospital" over the weekend and left a message. I wasn't called back until Monday morning. Are you an animal hospital or a vet with 'animal hospital' in your name? Maybe a 24 hour animal hospital costs more but I'd pay anything for my pet to be well and a return call on Monday morning next time may be too late.

And if your pet is bleeding, maybe that pet should be sent to the front of the line instead of having to wait after any other pet that is there just for their annual checkup...

Like I said before and many would agree, I'd pay anything to ensure my pet's good health but ignorance is why I'll never go back here. On top of all that, my pet was NOT properly diagnosed...

Thanks for the inexpensive pet care. Inexpensive or not, it was a waste of money and time and grief.

The best vet ever! I can tell you that I have had my share of being mis led and over charged by other vets. He has treated all 7 of my pets. He is very honest and he tells you exactly what is wrong and what options you have. He will tell you exactly what the cost will be and you will be pleased! No surprises!

Dr. Louviere has been my vet since my first dog when i was 16 and I'm 29 now. As I type this i had to rush my cat to this emergency 24 hour place and they're charging us an arm and a leg to take care of him. Dr. Louviere is in the process of moving to the new building behind the old one so I couldn't take him to them. In our 13 yrs of working with them they're never overcharged us like those big fancy places. I TOTALLY agree that Dr. Louviere and the staff are kind, caring and gentle people who really care about your pet. If you want a GREAT vet for a reasonable price, he's the one to go too!

The vet and staff here are wonderful. They take great care of my pets and have most reasonable prices. I have many pets and would not think of going anywhere else. Have been with them for 20 years. They do not make appointments it is walk in. But they move quickly. Absolutely best in the area in this customer's opinion.

This place was really great because it was so reasonable and the doctor did a great job. It is not the fanciest place but they take very good care of your animals and for a great price. My cat had a tumor removed and stayed there for 6 days and we were only charged 137 dollars for the whole thing. We had taken him to another animal hospital and he had a similar procedure done and the bill came out to 800 dollars. I high recommend this place if you love your animal but just dont have the money to spend on the fanciest of places.
