WARNING THESE PEOPLE GIVE CROOKS A BAD NAME. RUN DON’T WALK FROM THIS PLACE.

OK, here is my store about these crooks. I bought four new tires from them not ever 12 months ago. I told them I wanted tires with at least an 80,000 warranty because I was going to keep my car for several more years. I told them do a four wheel alignment. OK so I paid a lot of more for what I thought were four good tires. OK, it is not ever one year later the two back tires are nearly bald. I take the car into the same ExpressTire that I bought the tires from last year. I asked the same guy who sold me these tires last year to replace them for free. You know the tires were supposed to have that 80,000 mile warranty on them. The warrant was supposed to include free tire rotation and all that other stuff. So this person looks at the front of the car and says you need a new tire rod and that is why the two tires in the back are no good. I can fix the tire rod in the front for a couple of hundred dollars and I might even be able to give you a few bucks off the cost of replacing the tires on the back.

First, he says reason why the tires on the back were no good was because the tires were rotated from the front wheel that has the bad tire rod. I then tell him that no one has changed or rotated the tires since I was in his shop less than a year ago. OK, then the problem must have been caused by the number of miles I drove since last year. Wrong again champ. I drove the car less then 10,000 last year. Well the tires he sold me last year could not be bad because has never ever sold a bad en his entire life. He only sells perfect tires. Then I ask him did you guys do a four wheel alignment last year when I brought the car and asked for one. Oh, no we could not do a four wheel alignment on your car since you have fixed rear axle car. What you don’t a fix wheel axel car. Wow that might be why the tires wore out so fast. Let me just check that now for you. Oh, looks your car is out of aliment in the back. Don’t worry you can buy two brand new tires for the rear and we will charge you for the aliment that we said we did last year but did not do. You know it is your fault that you did not check to make sure we did the four wheel aliment on your car last year. We might be able to give a few bucks off the price the two new rear tires. No, I am so sorry but the tire warranty does cover you car if it is out of aliment. Cha ching$$$

OK, you get the point about these guys. They will not stand behind their tire warranty. They don’t know if you car needs a four wheel aliment or not? Kind of scary that a tire store does know what kind of cars need a four wheel alignment or not. They do not do the work they say do. Oh, one more thing. The same guy who sold me the tires last year. Looked me in the eye this year and said OH, I did not work here last year so I do not know why then did not do the tire aliment for you last year. Yea, they are liars.

You know I just wish I could find one company that would just do the work they say they do at the price that told me it was going to cost.

I am going to take my car to another ExpressTire. I hope to have a better report about that store.

Most people are not knowledgeable when it comes to cars and this shop will overly take advantage of that. They will definitely screw you over price and labor and will try their hardest to get maximize their commission. Oh, and everybody there that isn't a real mechanic is an idiot. Seriously. If you know anything about cars, go test their knowledge. wow... They quote you one price, then when it comes to pay, the price is way off. Bottom line: they rip you off and are unethical and unprofessional when it comes to pricing.‎

Went there for an oil change (left my car there to run other errands). They called me on my cell to tell me that the drain plug was stuck, and their policy prevents them from trying to take it out to change the oil, unless I authorize it with the risk involved (which is damaging the oil pan and having to replace it). I took it to Valvoline next door, the guys that changed the oil in my car last. They had no problems whatsoever getting the plug out and told me that those guys simply didn't want to do the work, and it's pretty typical for them to make up such problems in order to get rid of a customer. These are the facts, which you can use to make your own conclusions. (By the way, Express Tire is one of the shops that AAA recommends for "guaranteed quality"...)

went in to get a screw removed and instead they put it in me. told me I must have hit a curb because there was bead damge ON THE INSIDE OF THE TIRE. which was about the size of a pry bar or screwdiver. of course they denied doing the damage and hoped they would pass along their mistakes to me. screw that Im on a full sized spare and Im sure I can get it re mounted anywhere else. thanks for nothing Express Tire.
