Demanding service rep, misleading information
I had called my Home Warranty Company about a clogged kitchen sink. They contacted Express Plumbing. The scheduler at Express Plumbing advised me that they could not come out ANY afternoon.
I called my Home Warranty Company and asked for a different plumbing referral, which they were going to do. When the scheduler at Express found out, she then called the Home Warranty Company and CANCELLED the dispatch for another plumber, then Express scheduler called me and advised me that the Warranty company DECIDED that I HAVE TO go with Express, and the Warranty company will ONLY agree to a morning appointment. I WAS LIVID!! I called the warranty company, and was told this was misleading information from Express Plumbing, and they quickly dispatched another plumber, at a comvenient time for me.
Express Plumbing will NEVER get my service. The scheduler was RUDE and demanding. She seems to have forgotten that businesses come and go. The ones that become successful have the customer's needs in first priority. She also seems to forget that customers can be loyal, and can create both positive and negative reports for a small company like theirs.
Im still amazed that the scheduler for Express Plumbing actually circumvented my request for another plumber, with my Warranty company. What she tried to do is extremely brazen, and borders on unethical.
