NEVER do business with this place! I dont know what has happened with this business, but the employee/s or owner, I have no clue who I dealt with recently, but the man is rude! I tried to go and pay interest on my husbands loan on something they have of his. I DID NOT try to pull the item out and I understand the laws that they can only release property to whoever borrowed off it, but the ONLY thing I did was go to pay the interest to protect my husbands property, and the employee was RUDE. and his excuse was supposedly due to laws! WELL again...I wasnt trying to get them to release the property to me.....and the RUDE man actually had the nerve to tell me his excuse for being so rude was becuz I came in after hours! HELLO!! I was there at 4:45pm!! THEIR sign CLEARLY states they are open until 5pm..and it also states it on the pink slip that they require to provide in order to even make a payment! I UNDERSTAND the laws, and I UNDERSTAND if I was trying to pay off the loan and take the property, they cannot release it to me since its not in my name. BUT....to make a PAYMENT?? And then for him to ask me mine and my husband's PERSONAL business regarding our marriage? HA! NONE of his business!! All I was doing was paying the interest on the loan! He sure didnt have a prob taking my money!! BUT how DARE him treat me like trash and try and tell me I was there AFTER HOURS! They are a con and DO NOT do business with them! GO SOMEWHERE else! Go somewhere that actually treats customers with RESPECT...obviously something they know NOTHING about! My rating for them......NO STARS...if there was a negative 5 stars..thats what they would get..and thats being generous!!
